Gpaedia for 1992mod update

Gpaedia and menu files created with GPaediaMaker 1.11 including a fix:
Some trackspecific gpaedia files were missing due to an incomplete routine in GPaediaMaker (V. 110 or less) that did not consider driver replace data for the switched drivers. Previously only files with %tracknum% values 9, 12 and 15 were created, now all files (3, 9, 11, 12 and 15) are included.

GPaedia for 1992mod new update
A problem with some Unicode characters caused many display mistakes mainly in french and italian gpaedia. GPaedia files are recreated with GPaediaMaker 1.22 which has got a new routine to read/write UTF-16LE text files.
